You like it or you hate it. The best way to discover this traditional meal is a tasting session with a group of French people. Prefer “tripes en brochettes” that is bits of tripes, no fat, cooked by small packets, in butter, without vegs, mounted on small hazel sticks. It is a better handsome appearance than “Tripes à la Mode de Caen” – “sorry for them” and so tasty.
